• Ball Valve: When the ball valve is released, compressed air travels through the blast hose to the mixing tube.
• Grain Hose: With the help of a blast hose, compressed air is transferred to a mixing tube, where the abrasive and compressed air is mixed.
• Push Button Valve: When the pinch valve is released, it allows abrasive media to enter the mixing tube. Sand Blasting Pinch valve is installed in the mixing tube with the help of a pinch valve plate mounted on a rubber sleeve.
• Sand Blasting Nozzle: The Sand Blasting nozzle is equipped with a nozzle holder on the blast hose where a rubber ring is used to protect it from abrasive media when it passes through. It is usually made of tungsten carbide.
• Remote Control Valve System: It is a complete pneumatic control system for remote activation and deactivation of sand blasting containers. The remote control system mainly consists of a remote control valve and a dead handle.
• Dead Handle: When the Dead Man's handle is activated, the blasting process begins. When the handle is released, the blast cleaning process stops and the system removes air from the bowl so that more abrasive can be filled into the blast cleaning bowl.
• Release Valve: The release valve is used to depressurize the pressure vessel when all blasting operations have stopped.

Working of Portable Sand Blasting Machine

In a portable sand blasting machine, the abrasive medium is fed through a tight screen into a pressure vessel. On the other hand, compressed air enters through the hose collar at a very high speed and pressure. When the ball valve is released, compressed air passes through the air filter. Air compressors carry some moisture, so it became necessary to separate the compressed air from the moisture. An air filter is used for this, which separates the moisture from the air and allows it to pass through the NRV to the blast hose. The NRV intercepts the airflow to return and directs its path. The ball valve is released so that air can reach the blast hose from where it enters the mixing tube.

When the abrasive enters the pressure vessel, the mushroom valve activates and automatically seals the pressure tank. The abrasive medium and compressed air from the pressure vessel go to the mixing tube. In the mixing tube, both air pressure and abrasive compressed air pressure were found.
